What is Fertility nutrition foundations?

Fertility Nutrition Foundations (FNF) is an online course that is a combination of self-paced video modules, community discussions, group Q&A, and finally there are additional opportunities to work with me individually once you complete the course.

I have poured my heart, education, expertise and experience into this course material to:

Make you the expert on your own fertility
AND
Get your body as ready as possible for a healthy pregnancy

What is included with enrollment to FNF?

  • During the first 6 weeks, a new module is released every Monday

  • Access to course materials for 100 days

  • 2 Live Q&A sessions

  • A discounted supplement protocol

  • Exclusive access to the FNF Facebook community

  • A downloadable workbook that follows along with the course material

  • A downloadable 14-day meal plan, recipe book, a pantry guide

  • Fertility Workouts and Yoga Flows from hired professionals who I partnered with to create instructed videos specifically for this course

  • In Ovulation unlocked I teach you how to understand and track your cycle. I teach you about ovulation hormones, timelines, etc.

The first module of FNF is very similar to ovulation unlocked since understanding the fundamentals of ovulation, hormones, anatomy, and such is vital to understanding the rest of what I teach in the course.

However, unlike ovulation unlocked; FNF then goes on to teach you what to do to support healthy ovulation and fertility and most importantly: HOW to do it!

Ovulation unlocked is about 90 minutes long and you can access it anytime. FF is 6 weeks of support, learning, and application!

  • No. This is the last and final time I will be running Fertility Nutrition Foundations.

  • No, the material in the course progresses week by week. Over the first six weeks of the course, a new module will be released every Monday.

  • It depends on what you want out of this experience. If you just want the information provided solely from the course modules and you're not interested in asking questions or interacting with the community then it's fine to go without using the FB community group.

However, if you want a more interactive experience I recommend you make a dummy FB account to use just for this.

You don't have to use your real name, accept friend requests, or do anything beyond this group on FB if you don't want to.

  • Yes! One of the main reasons I built this course was to work with women internationally. My medical license only allows me to work 1-on-1 with people in the USA; but an online course can be used by ANYONE!

  • The Q&A is live; but it includes an opportunity for those overseas or otherwise busy students to submit their questions ahead of time, then I answer and record!

  • Absolutely, the course information goes for pregnancy and TTC; and in addition I also have a bonus module on WHAT to do when you are pregnant; simply because so many of you DO get pregnant during and after the course!

  • This is the perfect time to take this course! You'll learn all about your cycles, as well as all the ways to get your health in line before you try. Nutrition is slow medicine. If you suspect your body isn't 100% ready for a baby and you want to get pregnant sometime in the next 1-2 years, START NOW! Imagine getting your body ready now... then, when you're ready to TTC: you get pregnant easily, feel great while pregnant, and have a beautiful birth to a healthy baby!

  • That diagnosis can be so frustrating and leaves you feeling like there's nothing you can do!

This course may very well illuminate areas of your fertility health that have been overlooked by standard testing and medical imaging.

I can't guarantee this course will be the *thing* that brings you your baby, but it's a great step!

  • Yes, this course is a help for those who are struggling to conceive baby 2, 3, 4, etc. and you'll be in good company, because many women in this situation join the course!

The reasons for secondary infertility are essentially all the things we address in the course!

  • 100% yes. If you're about to spend your money, heart, time, and body on these super-intense fertility treatments; don't you want your body to be as well prepared as possible?? nutrition is not always an alternative to IF/meds/etc and IF is NEVER an alternative to nutrition and lifestyle!!! BOTH are needed

  • Yes, nutrition and lifestyle are the biggest, most powerful tools in the toolbox to ovulate more regularly! I've seen course graduates who had cycles as long as 100+ days go down to 35 days after only a few months of implementing these changes!

  • This course is good for women with PCOS and those without! A new PCOS diagnosis can be so intimidating and overwhelming! I highly recommend you join a course like this so you can start taking steps toward managing symptoms and taking charge of your fertility!

  • Absolutely. While the info in this course is not a treatment or cure, it is going to get your body as ready as possible for a healthy baby. Work with your doctors to get appropriate treatment, and use this course in conjunction with whichever medications/ treatments you end up using.

  • While I do go into nutrition for healthy sperm in one of the modules; this course is designed for women. Even if male factor is your biggest barrier while TTC; YOU, the mama, are the one who will be carrying the pregnancy and birthing the baby! Getting your body as healthy and fertile as possible is vital!

A lot of students watch the modules alongside their husbands/partners. It's so important for our partners to understand this information and be supportive! I especially recommend bringing your partner along if he is the one doing the grocery shopping/cooking/etc.

  • If you're a vegetarian who eats seafood, eggs, and dairy, then you could totally make it work using the information in this course!

  • This course is designed to help you change what you're already doing, and adopt a new way of eating/living so that your fertility can flourish. If you are not interested in making changes to your diet, I don’t think that this course will be helpful for you.

  • Most of the recipes are gluten free naturally, and those that aren't can easily be adapted (I.e. using a corn tortilla vs flour, using GF oats instead of regular, etc.). I was gluten free for many years, so my methods and meal plans are very easily adapted to that.

  • This course uses examples of foods you'd find in American grocery stores, but you can substitute with whatever you find in your stores local to you.

For example: when I say 1/2 the plate should be veggies and give the example of sautéed green beans and garlic; you don't HAVE to eat green beans! You can use whichever green veggie you are used to eating in your culture.

You can use the example meals I use and tailor them to what you eat in your country/culture
