About Sophia

I’m Glad You’re Here

My main passion is empowering women to embrace their bodies and achieve their highest levels of health and fertility. To me, there is no greater thrill than hearing that a woman who’s longed to be a mother has brought home her healthy baby.

I earned my nutrition degree from Bastyr University, the world’s foremost naturopathic medical school. There, I specialized in ovulation and fertility and learned to blend science with real-world experience to bring an expert level of care to my clientele. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women nourish their bodies and build beautiful families.

These days, I am a mother and plant mom, as well as a military spouse.

How did I get started?

As a child, traditional doctors told me I’d just “have to deal” with the pain of severe digestive problems and hormonal imbalances. I had a long road ahead of me. It was only when I was working in the physical therapy field that I began to fully understand the impact of dietary changes on overall health. Patients came in with a variety of health problems, and it seemed the only common factor that each patient shared was a poor diet. Over time, my own symptoms were ameliorated through dietary changes and herbal therapies.

Yes, I said “dietary changes”—but you should know that I am an unapologetic lover of food. I despise restrictive eating patterns and refuse to food-shame. I believe nutrition should be enjoyable, not rigid, and know it can help anyone!
